Register for a Group

So, you want to register for a group! Welcome :) Each group will have 6-10 members. Once you register there will be an initial consultation call set up to know how you fit in with the group, answering your questions etc, this will be not charged for. Each group has a similar structure but different starting points. More details about each group is available here. You need to have a degree of insight and motivation to change, some capacity to relate, and curiosity about the sharing process of the group. Groups are containing and also sometimes frustrating, we sit with all the feelings: Together.
